More Gifts
Happy Holidays
This is a whole bunch of pencils and erasers I had to wrap for my little Lexie to take for her class. I thought it was a good idea--the teacher asked each child to bring a small gift for all in the classroom--like pencils or a small toy like you would have in party packs--something very inexpensive but this way all kids would get the same. Lexie chose pencils and erasers and believe it or not it took longer to wrap all these pencils then it did to make the Christmas mugs for all the teachers. I am sure she will be happy though and that is what counts.
Tomorrow I will be back to sharing cards (lol)
Wishing Seasons Best to you all.

It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Hi All,
Well this is what I worked on last night and this morning......10 Snowman Soup mugs for my grandkids to take to their teachers and the lil one's daycare.
They were fun to do and price efficient
for having to make that many.
I got my mugs at Dollar Tree, and the bags for them...Heck I even got the marshmallows, candy canes and hot chocolate there. I added a few Hershey's kisses and got into my stash of ribbons for the bows....so all and all not bad 10 gifts for less than $15.00. I hope their teachers like them.
Let me know what you think....
Til next time
Love and Happy Holidays to all...

Butterlies, butterflies, butterflies
It has been so bitter cold and snowy here I decided to warm things up a bit---in my mind anyway (lol)
I decided to post the card I made awhile back, to bring a little warmth to us--in our minds anyway. I just love butterflies and this card was so much fun to do....
After this one I will get back to some Christmas cards==as we only have 15 days left til the jolly ole man comes....
I have to get a few more on, so will try to update a little more often...
Would love to know what you think of my butterflies, if you gave the time
Have a nice warm night everybody....it is 8 degrees here--I hate to think what the wind chill is....
So long til next time...

Hope you like it.....would love to hear from you and whatever comments you might have.
Have a great day where ever you are. It is cold and snowy here in Michigan.

I think it is time
Hello Hello Hello
I think it is time to update my blog.
This is an oversized card from CraftsuPrint. I love doing 3-D although I must admit--I need to get back to stamping also.
Also an apology to all--but I had to go out and put restrictions on postings as I had at least one Anoyomous poster posting about meds like Vigara etc...totally ticked me off, so I have set it to have each post come to me for approval before posting to the blog---sorry I had to do that...but maybe it will get rid of the idiot who is doing it.
Sorry folks--just had to vent a little also.
Hope you enjoy my latest card....and all have a good night and a great weekend.

My first Easel Card
Hello All
Well this is my first easel card. I finally got my brain wrapped around how to do it....Easy Peasy...(lol)
I made this card for my sister who closed on her new home today and picked up the keys...so this was her first card in her new home...hand delivered when we went to see the house. I am so happy for her and her other half.
Anyway it was a design done by a dear friend who does awesome 3-d work.
I was pleased with how it turned out. Hope you like it too.
Everyone have a great weekend and will talk to you later....

Roses for you
Good Evening!!!
Guess I need to update my blog....dragging behind again.
But first I want to say Thank you to my friend Rita for redesigning my blog a couple weeks ago--I forgot to mention it my last post. I am so sorry Rita.....You have done a marvelous job.
Okay on to my card for tonight. Hey I finally stamped and colored something.
I bought some wedding invites at a discount store and this was one of the Thank you cards that went with the set....I stamped my roses in the center, colored with my Bic and Sharpies and used peel off photo corners. It was a quick and easy card. Hope you like it.
Have a great night and great week.

Judy's Birthday Card
Hello....
Been a few days since I posted...so I wanted to share with you a birthday card I made for my lil sister who turned the big 50 this year. For several years she had a couple of turtles---they started out those lil wee small ones you buy at the store---but when she had to get rid of them they were huge, so when I found this 3-D image I thought it was perfect for her. I have had it done for sometime, but did not want to post it until after she received it. She was surprised and liked it so I was happy...
Hope you like it too...
Have a great week--after all today is hump day....

Basket of Dasies
Hello!!!!
Yes I have been missing again. I have decided to put some cards in a shop so been busy working on those, plus Dr visits for both hubby and me.
This basket of flowers just looked so summery, and thought they would make a nice birthday or sympathy card.
The back layer of the card was an announcement card that I got at the dollar store, and the image is a 3-D image. Hope you like it.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Happy Saturday to you all------
First off--how to you like my new blog layout. It was done by my wonderful friend Rita this time. Usually her daughter Chrissy does it, but Rita has learned also now--so WooHoo I have two great friends who make my blog beautiful.
Anyway for my addition today I used a Gorjuss image and a CUP frame. I used Sharpies to color, the leaves around the rose buds are a Martha Stewart punch, then organza ribbon from my stash. Hope you like her.
Thanks for stopping by--I love all my visitors....
Have a great weekend.

Flowers and Glitter
Hi All
Tonight I decided to share a flower blossom---don't know what kind it is (lol) I just thought it was pretty and fun to do. I added glitter to the flower petals--which I don't do often. I don't know why because I like it....just don't (lol)
It is a rather simple card, but I think the blossom is rather dramatic.
Hope you like it.
Thanks for taking the time and stopping by.
Have a great night and week

Lexie's Birthday invites
Hello Everyone
Hope you are all having a wonderful weekend.
I am sharing the birthday party invites I made for my granddaughter. She LOVES My Little Pony so I made her invites with them.
The pony was a colorbook page I shrunk down. I colored the ponies with my Bic and Sharpies. The little tag says A Birthday party for Lexie Gilman was punched with a Stampin Up punch, the leaves were punched with a Martha Stewart punch. I embossed the background with the Swiss dot cuttlebug folder. I am sure Lexie will love them. I hope you liked them too. The first here is a close up, and the second picture is the whole lot of them. I made twelve. Let me know what you think....

It has been a rough couple weeks..My niece was in the hospital--ICU for better than a week and then a step down unit for a few days. She is home now Thank the Lord he pulled her through.....
Anyway I made this card actually before she went in--just never got time to share it.
The background is a sheet from CUP. then I stamped a Sarah Kay stamp in the center, colored with my markers and layerd on a white card. I loved the way it turned oy, so am going to have to try some more this way (lol).
Thanks for stopping by, and let me know what ya think if you have the time and are so inclined.....
Have a great rest of the weekend---for us in the USA tomorrow is still a holiday.....
Let's keep those pinkies inky

Glad your weather is better now though....

Digi stamp
Hello all you bloggers---
I have done this Mo Manning digi image up because a real good friend said it reminded her of when she was a little girl and got to dance with the groom at a wedding reception...So I did it in her honor. I used my Bics markers, dollar store imbellies and that was about it.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you like it. Let me know what ya think if you have the time.

Well it is Saturday evening and I hope everyone has been enjoying there weekend.
Here is another CUP sheet---the only thing I added other than the 3-d cutouts were the pearls. I thought they really set the card off.

It felt like this today
Hi
Today's weather reminded me of these lil guys. (lol) I guess not really but it was pretty nippy today.
Anyway it did get me away from flowers for a day. I seem to be a flower person so decided I needed something a little different.
Hope everyone had a great day----and hey tomorrow is Friday....
Thanks for stopping by...
Til next time....
