Birthday Card for someone special

Happy Sunday....Hope you all had a great weekend.  It is almost over and we are headed for a very busy week.....especially here in the good ole USA.   I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving....and lots of fun and good deals on Black Friday...
THis card is one I made for hubby's Aunt.  She is turning 81 Dec 15th and the picture on the card was her senior picture in high school.  She always brags up my work.....so I hope she likes this one.  Hope ya'll like it too.

Christmas Tags--Day 1

I am in a swap where we have to make 6 Christmas tags.....this is the first one and I will share another one tomorrow and for next 4 days after that. (lol)
These were colored with Bics, Sharpies and Spectrum Noir...which ever color was available that I wanted.

Well I hope you all had a great Halloween....but now it is time to move on to Christmas---at least getting our cards done.
I am sharing a little Maggie with you first...and hope you like it.....It will be used for a swap that I am in.....in fact it is for someone in my group--which if you are interested in you can join by clicking the link in the upper right-hand corner...would love to have you.  The funny thing is this is a November swap...so I don't even know who it is going to yet (lol)

Happy Halloween Everyone.

Well hopefully for a bit I can get back on track and post more often.  I have a few Christmas cards and tags done already so I will start sharing them starting November 1....so stayed tuned.

The card I shared with you tonight was one I which I got the image from Pinterest.  That site can get you in trouble.  You can spend hours and hours on it.....anyway I liked the image and I hope you like what I did with it.

Good Monday Morning Everyone
This is a card I did this weekend.....I thought it turned out cute.  I used Judy's new markers (Sprectrum Noir) pastels to color it,  my new spellbinder dies from convention, and all the rest was from my stash.  I love those markers so soon as I find a good buy I am going to have some (lol)

Ladybug Lady bug fly away home

Wow....It has been a long time since I have done anything on this blog.  Where has the summer gone....Well I don't think it has gone anywhere as far as heat.  This has been the hottest summer we have had in a long long long time.  I for one am ready for cooler weather.
I decided to share a Magnolia with you today...I am not real happy with it it, but Judy keeps nagging me to update so here it is...
I used a 3-d image of 4 leaf clovers and ladybugs I got from photobucker a long time ago....and my background is wallpaper.  Not much imagination huh.  Antyway it is something to look at.....Hopefully the next one will be better.  Have a great weekend all....Stay cool!!!!

Hello.....Yes it has been a long time since I posted....or created.  I do need to get downstairs and get a couple swap cards made though.

Guess I should update this thing again.  I am so sorry I am so slack.  Hopefully I well get better.  Anyway this is a 3d easel card.  I love doing the 3-d, and easel cards are so easy to make.  Hope you enjoy it.  It is so springy looking--certainly not like our Michigan weather at the moment.

Grandson's Birthday Card

This is a card I made for my grandson's Dennis's birthday.  He just started golfing at school and it is his 17th birthday. 
I hope he likes it.  The design was done by a friend on one of the Yahoo groups I belong too.

Crystal Light Containers

Good Morning.  
It has been awhile since I have been on.  We had to have the computer fixed and they switched us from XP to Vista and now I am trying to learn the ropes.  Man, no more Outlook Express or nothing.  He did download Thunderbird from Firefox for us and it works a lot the same.  Just to get use to it (lol)
Any way here are the Easter containers which I will fill with jelly beans for Easter.  They were easy and fun to do.  Hope you like them. 
Just in case I don't get on again I hope everyone has a Happy and Blessed Easter

Recycle???

Hi All
Well this is one of my first recycle things...and I think the very first for my blog.  I used a Crystal Light container....I am making them for my granddaughters for Easter.  Filling with some earrings, a necklace and some jelly benas.  I hope they like them   What do you think?

Looking for Spring

Hello.......Well I decided to post this card I made for a recent swap.....After yesterday I need something that looks like spring.  Here in our area of Michigan we got between 5 1/2 to 6 inches of snow.  Other areas got more while some got less.....So I say Let's Think Spring!!!!!

This is a 3-D card I made for my brother-in-law who has a birthday on Monday.  I hope it arrives on time and he likes it.  It is from a CUP sheet and pretty simple to cut out and put together.
