Update

Wow  I did not realize it has been this long since I posted.....  A lot has happened in the last year though.  In Feb I had a double heart by-pass...then March hubby had a hip replacement so we have been busy this last year and healing (lol)
I did just join a stamping group after not being on any for a year or so, so I will share one of those swap cards with you.  It was for a red and white swap

Well I will talk at you all later.  I had a hard time getting into my blog..hope now that I updated it will be okay

Anna Griffin Valentine

First Valentine 2014

Hey Hey Hey.......
Can you all believe.....I am updating my blog....It has been a very busy year....On Oct 19th our Grandson Jackson arrived.  He is just the sweetest lil guy you will ever see.....Then Thanksgiving, and then the week before Christmas we got hit with the big ice storm and had no power for 5 days....Thank God for the fireplace and our neighbor who gave us wood for it and who helped Fred keep the generator going to keep the sump pump running.  Then the next week we got hit with 17 inches of snow....We  actually spent Christmas day without power....
Anyway I did get to craft a little the last week or so, got some Valentines made from my Anna Griffin Valentine kit.  I have shared one with you tonight....so I have to post I will share one for the next several days each night....Hope you like them.

63rd Anniversary card

Wow Holy cow...I can not believeit has been this long since I updated.
This is a card I made for my sister to give to a nice lil lady at church.  My sister took a card I had made for her birthday and was showing it to a friend and the lil ole lady seen it and was so impressed...she said you know I have never had a handmade card....my sister said you haven't and she said No and I would really like one.  I will be celebrating my 63rd wedding anniversary in July..so my sister ask me to make her one.  Thought this was a good one....looking back at her wedding dress many years ago.  Hope you all like it---but I really hope she likes it...
Well hope it don't take me as long to post again.  I hope I get out of this funk soon....

Wow Another Anna Griffin folder

Good Morning....
I think it is about time I updated my blog....I swear I am going to get better....
Anyway this is a card I made for a swap on my yahoo group.  The theme was a color swap  brown, green , white and a touch of peach...so I decided to use my Anna Griffin folder as my main vocal point.  I just love her folders and want to get in my art area and make some more with  these folders.
Hope you are all having a fab weekend and it has warmed up if you are in the north country like me.  We are suppose to hit 50 today so I am excited.

Anna Griffin cuttlebug folder

Well finally I got this downloaded onto the computer so I can share with you.  I don't know how many of you watched HSN craft day and the special value of the day was the Anna Griffin cuttlebug and folders...but it was just one special I had to have.
This is the first card I made with an Anna Griffin folder....let me tell ya they are all beautiful.  This is my sister's birthday card and I hope she likes it.  She is the one who gave me the heads up on the deal so had to send her the first card.  Let me know what you think....

Let's go Skating

Hello All
Well we are sitting here waiting on the big storm tonight.  They are predicting 4 to 9  inches depending on the station...either way any of it is to much  I am ready for spring.
This is a card I did on my group for a Winter Wonderland swap.  The gal who rec'd it was happy with it so now I can post and share.  Hope you like it too.

Butterflies and Pearls

Well the weekend is coming to a close..I hope you all had a great one.
This is a card I made for a swap on my yahoo group.  It was a cuttlebug swap..'
I used a butterfly cuttlebug folder and used pearls for the boddies of the butterflies and the antennas.  I just love doing these white on white cards anymore.  Hope you like it...

Hey Mr Snowman

Hello Everyone out there in Blogland....
I have been missing again, but decided to stop by and share a card I sent to my partner for a Monday Mailer on my yahoo group.  Hope you like it...but to be honest I am ready to start making spring cards.  I am tired of the cold and snow.....and it has been frigid here in Michigan.
Hope everyone has a wonderful safe weekend and if you are here in the north country somewhere be careful if you go out.  Better yet just stay in and play with your stamps and paper.

Wow....I can not believe it has been that long since I posted on my blog.....So since I posted nothing in December I will share one Christmas card with you.  I tried my hand at white on white and was quite pleased with how it turned out.

Birthday Card for someone special

Happy Sunday....Hope you all had a great weekend.  It is almost over and we are headed for a very busy week.....especially here in the good ole USA.   I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving....and lots of fun and good deals on Black Friday...
THis card is one I made for hubby's Aunt.  She is turning 81 Dec 15th and the picture on the card was her senior picture in high school.  She always brags up my work.....so I hope she likes this one.  Hope ya'll like it too.
